Shipping

Please allow 7 business days to process and receive your shipping notice after placing your order. Once you receive an email from us with tracking details, orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and delivers within 7 business days from time of receiving the shipping notice. 
If your package does not arrive, please contact the appropriate shipping carrier to file a lost package claim.
Krapow is not responsible for delayed, unclaimed, or returned orders due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses or delays caused by our delivery partners due to weather or other causes beyond our control.

Return

We are committed to reducing our impact on the environment. Therefore, returns and exchanges are not accepted on undamaged goods in order to reduce the carbon footprint. 
However, we have a 7-day return policy for damaged, defective, or if you receive incorrect items. This  means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a replacement if you have found your item to be damaged. Please contact us immediately at hello@krapowkitchen.com and we will make it right. Our team will process a replacement order when possible for qualified items. 
Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. To be eligible for a refund or a replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
